David Stapleton brings more than 15 years’ experience in the finance/mortgage industry to his position as Senior Loan Consultant with Metrocities Mortgage.  He is the consummate loan professional, and his comprehensive knowledge of a wide variety of loan products allows David to offer his clients numerous options when choosing suitable real estate financing.

Offering superior levels of customer service combining dedication, integrity and an optimistic “can-do” attitude, David also displays excellent communication and problem-solving skills.  He ensures that his clients remain fully informed of developments throughout the entire loan process and consistently closes loans in an efficient and timely manner. 

Licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, David also holds a BSBA in Business Administration and has focused upon growing his business throughout Southern California. He is a Master Certified Loan Officer as well.

Leisure time outside the office is spent with his family.  David is a gourmet cook, an avid NASCAR fan and also enjoys watching most sporting events.
